Called Community Development Block Grants/Entitlement Grants and referred to as Program #14.218 in the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance, this money can be used to develop viable urban communities, by providing decent housing and a suitable living environment, and by expanding economic opportunities, principally for persons of low and moderate income.
